[WT-support] ARRL CW Problem

On second thought, since designating station type is so important in the M/S
and M2 categories, I think it makes more sense to add a new drop-down box
next to the bottom of the contest configuration
screen<http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/New_Log#Step_2:_Setup_your_log>,
right next to station name:

   Station:  STN1   Station Type:  RUN1 (new drop-down listbox)
   x Enable time distribution across the network

Then it would be intuitive to most everyone without having to read about the
RUN1 and RUN2 commands in the manual.

It really belongs on this log setup screen, don't you agree?
