You are not the first one to run into this problem.   See

for a similar issue, and a suggested editing fix.  If you like, just send me
your WTB file and I'll get STN1 set as "Transmitter 0" and STN2 as
"Transmitter 1" in the Cabrillo file.  Then maybe you can import the
Cabrillo back into Win-Test and run the checks.

I think it would be a good idea if Win-Test forced you to designate one
station as "Run1" and the other as "Run2" when you create a new M2 log.
It's natural to assume that naming the logs "STN1" and "STN2" would take
care of this automatically, but unfortunately it doesn't, since station
names can be anything you want such as "Attic", "Basement", "Dungeon", "Dog
House", etc. :-)
