[WT-support] USB Microkeyer II

Hi Tom
if you get a good answer, forward it pse to me.
I have a USB Interface II, works ufb with WT and CW mode, ok with
MMTTY but no chance to transmit over WT in RTTY with MMTTY.
I don't know why!
