[WT-support] UA9M, N zones

Hi Jim and others,

Has this been raised yet? In latest CTY UA9M and N are listed in zone 18 but they should be clearly in zone 17. Is this a mistake or is there some real reason? Stations from UA9M clearly gave 17 also in CQWW CW.

Also, a tiny typo: RH9M should be RH9N in the list of all the UA9N prefixes.
