[WT-support] Question about CW weight

We had some suggestions the weight of our CW signals needs a 
slight increase.

The CW weight in wintest actually seem to be a ratio 
adjustment between dots and dashes, not the weight.

Have I missed something, or is there actually no weight 
adjustment for CW and only a function incorrectly  called 
"weight" that is actually what is accurately known as the 
"ratio"??
