[WT-support] Comm port question

Don,

in the device manager, find the port and display its properties. There 
is a "Port Settings" tab under which you'll find an "Advanced" button. 
You can set to something <= 10 from there.

All that, assuming that the driver supplied with your usb2serial device 
is intelligent enough :-)
