Actually, it is not really mentioned in the rules I found. If a RDA 
contest official is reading, I'd be glad to hear from him, and modify 
the code accordingly.

It looks like some RDA have been added (and some others were deleted) 
since the RDA.DAT file was created.

I just updated it, according to http://www.rdaward.org/rda_eng.txt, and 
it is available here :

http://download.win-test.com/files/country/RDA.DAT

Just replace your current RDA.DAT with the new one and your KE48 mult 
should improve your score a bit ;-)
