[WT-support] Minor oddities in RDA

I agree : 

 

Win-Test wouldn't take R1FJT who gave AR32. (Not sure how FJL is counted in
this Contest. Maybe he shouldn't be there anyway?).

 

Also it would not accept the KE48 given to me by RW9UOB/p. Maybe new RDAs
get added from time to time. Who knows?

 

Anyway using Win-Test is great fun in this RDA Contest. As usual.
