[WT-support] Configuring LPT and DX Doubler

Nick, yes, that's the problem. The BIOS screen that comes up with booting
and using F2 does not include any control of ports. So, I can't enable it
there.

Doug had suggested possibly the UVK-200 USB to parallel adaptor from
Unified Microsystems, but this is designed for their VK-64 voice keyer.
Possibly it can control pin 14. I've sent them an email to enquire.
