[WT-support] RTTY FSK with microKEYER

I have the Microkeyer and my TS-2000 working well with WT and FSK
RTTY.  I will try to find the PDF file I found on a German site thant
gace great detail on hos to set WT and Microkeyer for FSK RTTY.
