In the contextual menu, you can display the Time ON / Time OFF and 
adjust the threshold of time to consider an amount of time as "OFF". 
This display must be more considered to "push" you, and show how much 
time you lost especially if you use a small threshold.

FYI, currently, the Cabrillo OFFTIMEs are computed by using the QSO 
time, and one hour minimum off-times are considered. You certainly noted 
that you can "adjust" your claimed off-times if needed, especially if 
you like round numbers.
