[WT-support] SO2R - autolock to Tx on same band

Hello Oliver and other development fellows,

While operating SO2R, for example the MK2R+ Hardware USB module
can be programmed to intelligent keying lockout when both radios
on the same Band.

This is a very valuable thing to protect the radio front ends when 
accidentally QSY'ed to the same band and to transmit in a contest hassle.

Because have not been able so far to find this feature already 
implemented to the Win-Test 3.15, I ask if this feature could be baked 
into the future revision.

WT is well equipped with the Radio A and B On-line CAT connections, so 
WT knows the current frequency status of both SO2R radios and then could
easily block out the PTT line of both radios to transmit.

Other additional and usable feature, for sure, would to select - one Tx 
on the Air only - upon the Contest rules.
