Did you try "Autoconnect at startup" and "Reconnect automatically" in the
wtDxTelnet Options | DxCluster Properties dialog, as shown

And did you try "Start/stop wtDxTelnet Automatically" in the Win-Test
Options | DxCluster | local wtDxTelnet menu, as shown
