[WT-support] Install no bueno

Ok,
Still cannot get the program to run; after setting the contest config I 
still get the hamcap.exe has stopped working and the program locks up. 
Have to use the task manager to close it. I have so far, uninstalled 
hamcap and re-installed WinTest. It still gives the hamcap.exe not 
working msg. I then re-installed hamcap from a fresh download and it 
appears to be working FB along with DXAtlas. After the un-installs, I 
did Restart so would hve 'fresh' computer. Does WinTest work with 
Vista/32bit version? I have tried both V3.17 and V3.18.
