[WT-support] WT v3.18.0 is in the vault

- MK2R/MK2R: WT does now display the firmware version number of the
   device in the "detected" message shown at the startup.

- WT can know control the microKeyer through the microHam protocol as
   well. This is usefull to control the USB Device Router DVK which
   should give better result in audio and radio switching than using
   the WT integrated Voice Keyer.

   Tks microHam company.

- Some improvements done in the microHam MKII protocol support. This
   version of Win-Test does now request USB device Router v5.0.3 or
   later.

- < and > key behaviours changed. Regardless the SO2R status,
	< key will now switch to the previous field of the main log
	> key will now switch to the next field of the main log

- Bugfix: MK2R/MK2R+ was not configurable anymore. Fixed. Tks OH2UA.

- Bugfix: IC-275/475/1275 communication problems fixed. Tks IK2JUB.

- Bugfix: Frequency Offset fixed with IC-735.

- Bugfix: With an FT1000MP and some other rigs, band map follows TX
   freq instead of RX freq when operating Split. Tks N6TV.

- ARRL SS : Stats are now displayed on 3 days. Tnx N6TV.

- ARRL SS : Every QSO field must be filled to enter it. Tnx N6TV.

- ARRL SS : Dupe warning now indicated the received serial of the
   former QSO. Tnx N6TVVersailles
