They don't usually update anything but wt_dev.exe and release.txt in the
nightly builds.

Download http://download.win-test.com/files/equivalence/ARRLSEC.DAT and
replace the one in your Win-Test directory with this new one.

It should say RELEASE 2007.11.01.00 at the top.

That should take care of it.
