[WT-support] SS Section NT

I have installed 3.18.0-dev from the nightly build.
 
In testing it, I find that NT is selecting NTX, not NT.
 
I have installed K1EA's SEC.DAT in the WT directory, but NT still  selects 
NTX.
 
If WT is to get its section info from SEC.DAT, how do I make that  happen?
