[WT-support] BROADCAST ADR 127.255.255.255 PORT 9871

I am using two instances of WT on the same computer .
Each  instance has a different file name for a contest.
The broadcast adr is 127.255.255.255, port 9871

Before all was working ok I mean for the log sharing...
NOW, it is not working any more.....I have version 3.11...
What could be wrong..
