[WT-support] SWAP (Ctrl-S) command for SO2R

I used Win-Test in combination with the microKEYER 2R+ in an SO2R setup in
the WPX contest. This was a great combination!

Only problem was that the SWAP (ctrl-s) command did not work as expected. My
primary radio is an Orion and the secondary is an FT-1000MP. The Orion was
changing both VFOA and VFOB and almost always ended up with the wrong
frequency in VFOA. Often VFOA in the MP got the frequency of VFOB in the
Orion. All I want is to swap the frequencies in VFOA in the Orion and the
VFOA in the MP. I will be happy to provide further details of what is
happening if someone can look into this.
