Before digging the code, pse confirm you're talking about this issue 
with the summary *file* (fake.sum) only, and not the *copy as text* 
feature of the summary window ?

I must confess I never used the .sum file with a mail editor, and my 
current text editor takes care automatically of these things ;-)
