[WT-support] Request: SUM File in DOS line mode

Hi WT-Team:

I wonder if you would consider changing the MS-DOS line ends in
the Summary text file produced by Win-Test to Windows line ends?
Usually, when you Cut&Paste this to a message editor, either it
will come up with empty lines inbetween or display the Carriage
Returns like this:
