[WT-support] PSK

I think to be fair to the guys, Win-Test started life as a contest
programme for their OWN contest group for CW and SSB CQ World Wide.
It soon became popular and they began slowly to market it - testing the
waters.

They found that there was good market for Win-test as it stood because
of problem with other especially American Programmes.

Now, everybody and their granny wants the software modified to meet
their own personal requirements. I see people asking for templates for
NFD and other minority Contests.

I have made Wintest work for me in RTTY running TWO seperate versions of
MMTTY at the same time to allow me to work split. Surely if it works
in RTTY it cant be that difficult to make it work in PSK.

I think this is the benefit of a GROUP where perhaps somebody else has
made it work doing something it was perhaps not ingtended to do
initially. I dont think we can ask Olivier and Larry all the time to
make the necessary adjustments.
