[WT-support] VHF_USA.DTB file available

Hi all

This post is mainly intended for US stations who are using WT for VHF+ 
contests.

Dave W9ZRX compiled several logs from US VHF'ers and generated a VHF.DTB 
database with those data. This file contains abt 4400 callsigns.

Tnx to Dave, this file is available for all in a zipped package, in our 
download repository :

To use this file, download it in your WT directory, unzip it, and rename 
it VHF.DTB
