[WT-support] bandmap

HI All,
during a big contest the bandmap of win-test is full of callsigns. Using 
win-test with a notebook, the display is not high enough to allow to see all 
the spots in bandmap. Zooming out the bandmap not fix the problem.
I think that would be useful to make the bandmap scrollable up and down 
using the mouse. Just for example, like Band Master by VE3NEA.
