[WT-support] Registration v2 to v3

Thanks Pablo for your answer, but un-affortunatly the constest site is 
in the middle of nowhere so only we've access to packet cluster instead 
of internet-cluster connection. So i'm going to second question, can we 
use the version 2 computer code to ask for 3 registration code?.
