[WT-support] Speed in secund rig

Hi all

Is there a way to have a CW speed on each rig? Its is easyer to work 
multipliers.

I usually run over 40wpm and when I make quick change to work multiplier the 
speed is at 40wpm and the station almost never gets my call (It depends who 
the station is).

When I press Shift or CapsLock it would be nice to have different CW speed.

Is it possible?
