[WT-support] 10-minutes-rule

Dear WT-development-team,

I know that my posting concerning the implementation of the 10-minutes-rule in WT was just a little bit too big (something like 700 Bytes or so). Still, I think it is an important and intriguing subject; so I think you should clear it for "public posting" . And of course, I am eager to receive feed back. Maybe my brains are all screwed up, maybe the implementation of the 10-minutes-rule in WT is faulty. Heaven knows, but I would like to know....
