No it's not similar problem. There are only two transmitter numbers used in 
M/2 category which are 0 and 1. RUN1 is 0 and RUN2 is 1. If one runs on 
station RUN1 on 20m and RUN2 is on 15m all the 20m QSOs will be marked as 
transmitter 0 and 15m QSOs will be marked as transmitter 1. Now if you 
decide to go to 40m with third station you will have select whether you use 
RUN1 or RUN2 station definition there and select the station status in 
Win-Test accordingly. If you decide to drop 15m and use RUN2 on 40m all the 
40m QSOs will be marked as transmittter number 1. Cabrillo defines only the 
transmitter numbers 0 ja 1 it doesn't matter how many stations you use.

The transmitter number is totally irrelevant in M/S as the 10 minute rule 
can be determined from the QSOs that were kept.
