[WT-support] Latch mode enabling + Latch bit mapping to LPT ?

As far as I know, there is no commercial SO2R bow that doesn't support 
that. This the reason this feature is not implemented in WT.

I have an absolutely non-commercial box :) (schematics available for anyone for free) built by myself and it would fully support such an implementation :) 

In my interpretation/implementation it is just a binary flag which is mapped to an LPT-port pin. I requested it bcs together with the other flags it would enable full SO2R automation without having to have a EZmaster-like command interface in the SO2R box itself. Not something I can't live without though ... :)
