FD is an operating exercise, not a contest. You should have reinforced that
with those ops who had their undies in a bunch.

I had the same problem with sections not being recognized.  We
eventually had to use a different logger because some of the ops didn't
like the fact that Win-Test was "broken" for the FD contest. :-(

I used it and it accepted the sections that I logged, but it didn't
recognize them. I got a ? for each one that was not also a state.

Since there are no mults in FD, it's not a major issue, but it would be
nice if sections were "active".

No time to verify personally, but another ham informed me that Field Day
isn't allowing ARRL Sections, only states.  Field Day exchange is ARRL
Sections.  I believe this was in the latest version of Win-Test.
