[WT-support] PTT tail length

Larry and Olivier,
 
Would it be possible to make the PTT tail time shorter or user adjustable
before the IARU contest in July?

Here's the measured PTT timing using Win-Test 3.11.0.
"PTT ON delay" set to 20 ms. CW on LPT1 port. Times in ms.
 
CW speed   dit length   PTT setup   PTT hold
---------------------------------------------
   24          51.18        20.0       150.5
   32          39.13        20.0       114.3
   40          31.10        20.0        90.3
---------------------------------------------
 
PTT hold ("tail") time is slightly shorter than 3 dit lengths.
 
It would be nice to have it adjustable.
With my own software driving FT1000Mk5 and SB220,
I've used values right down to 0 ms.
