[WT-support] WT 3.14: NCCC Sprint, DUPEs flagged OK, but still counting 1 pt

With Win-Test 3.14, using the new NCCC Sprint (NS) support, dupes are
flagged OK, but they are still counted as 1 point instead of 0 points.
Everything else looks OK!  Thank you Olivier!

What is the NS?  Northern California Contest Club Sprint, only 30 minutes
long, every Thursday evening (in NA).  See
http://www.ncccsprint.com/rules.htm.

Everyone is welcome to participate.  It is a good way to test the new
versions of Win-Test at high speed, good practice for upcoming contests.

It is mainly for US and NA Sprint practice (all DX are welcome to call in,
but it will be difficult to make many QSOs with 100W).
