Hi All,
- Frequency Offsets (i.e. when the rig is used with a Transverter) added.
Settings can be done in the menu "Options | Frequency Offsets".
We took part in VHF Field Day at the weekend using FT1000’s and Transverter
for both 2M and 4M. and we couldn’t seem to get this Option to set-up
properly. I do suspect it was misunderstanding or finger trouble on our
behalf.
Ok we had the FT1000mp on 28.000 and transverting to 144MHZ. We then we to
Options> Frequency Offsets> and under the 10M banner we set the offset for
to 116000
It still displayed the radio as being on 28MHz in both Bandmap and status.
Although did notice if changed the band on the radio the Bandmap would
change to the new band and when bringing it back onto 10M it would
momentarily show the 144MHz bandmap before reverting back to 28MHz. What
were we doing wrong????
Thanks in advance
Regards,
