When you type in the HQ name e.g.; ARRL, when you work W1AW it will count
it.

I'm still learning the software, so forgive my novice questions.

How does the software identify and calculate the "Headquarters Stations" as
multipliers?   I typed in several "HQ" callsigns, and it only gives them
zone credit.
