[WT-support] again: transverter support

hi olivier et al ...

in the past me and some other contesters had the request for a transverter feature in WT (frequency offset for the HF TRX according to VHF and above cluster spots).

may i ask for an update on this? vhf and above contest season begins again and this feature would be very appreciated. WT is still the choice not only for HF but VHF+ contesting because of all the features, but turning vfo or typing qrg to call field is *very* annoying and slows down the whole operating...
