[WT-support] Mixed mode support for CW and RTTY messages

Hi all,

I can confirm this behaviour...
While operating J3/DL5AXX in DXpedition-mode, I had to modify the
messages
each time I changed from CW to RTTY and vice versa.
Modifying the CW-standard-messages also changed the RTTY-messages...
