[WT-support] Win-Test at KC1XX

Our team (WA1Z, W1FV, K1GQ) used Win-Test 3.18.0 in the 2007 ARRL 160  
contest as an
experiment to determine whether or not the program meets our needs
well enough to begin planning conversion of the entire KC1XX operation
from CT/DOS. The conclusion is no. Here are the primary issues:

(1) Control of radio frequency when operating split is severely broken.

(2) Response time in setting radio frequency is too slow.

(3) Alt-F4 does not toggle between run and last-grabbed-spot  
frequencies.

(4) The mouse is required to access a specific spot in the DX-Cluster  
announcements window.

There are many, many things we like about Win-Test, and will continue  
to monitor and evaluate future versions.
