[WT-support] Qsob4

I have purchased Win Test V3 to Friedrichshafen. After having had the code
of validation I have made some tests. I don't succeed in making to send
forth the answer "QSOb4" in RTTY  mode while everything is all right in CW.
Where am I wrong? Thanks for the help.
