[WT-support] WT_3_4_0_dev3 available

Hi all !

Following Ben DL6RAI yesterday bug report on the zone filling for the 
coming CQWW RTTY, we decided to release our current development version 
for those of you who need it.

It is available here :

It also includes other minor bugfixes and additions (see the included 
release.txt).

CAUTION : It is not a full installer version !
