[WT-support] Unwanted diddles

I was playing around with RTTY and the setup for CQ WW test. I found that 5 extra diddles were sent after the last letter or number before changing over to rx with F1-F2  keys but not with the other F keys. 

The default messages for F1 - F7 are the same for CW and RTTY. F1-F2 have two ++ signs in the default messages. A + increase the speed with 2 wpm in CW mode. In RTTY mode 5 diddles are sent before changing over. Deleting the ++ solved the problem.
