I forgot to mention that this calculation is only useful if WT *and* 
wtDxTelnet are hosted on different machines across your network.

If these applications are hosted on the same machine (and if you don't 
intend to add other WT app on this network), use the 127.255.255.255 
broadcast address on both app.
