Filipe,

Try this, it may work.



Look in Control Panel / System / Hardware / Device manager

Look for the Ports (Com & LPT) entry and open it up.

Do you have Printer Port (LPTx) listed?

If so click on it.

Go to Port Settings, then make sure LPT Port Number = LPT1, if not change
it. Also tick 'Never use an interrupt' 

Then go to the resources tab.

Note the I/O Range. Standard is 0378 - 037F.

Now go to Wintest. Printer Ports / Configure. Port address (hex) should be
378. Change it so that it equals the base port address above

Example if I/O Range is 0278 - 027F then enter 278 into Wintest.



If this doesn't work the USB adaptor that is not 100% compatible, which many
are not.
