... in fact we at DF0CG might have used the same cluster as PI4CC so it
might be cluster related?

Otherwise Tim (K3LR) probably used another one but me it is related to a
cluster software than?

I did report the same problem also last year after CQWW CW, I think if
you used different cluster the problem will be solved. try to use AD1C
it was working for me for more than 30h out of the 48h in the last
contest.
