[WT-support] ALT-A Annoucements window - Need ~ for SPLIT spots

The tilde is not related at all to the QSX.

It only indicates the spot is yours, entered by a Crtl-Enter *or*  by an 
Alt-F3.

There is no QSX indicator for now.
