[WT-support] ALT-A Annoucements window - Need ~ for SPLIT spots

Mainly 40 and 80 meters, we never saw the TILDE ~ before the callsign in the
Annoucement window (DX Cluster Packet spots) for stations that had SPLIT (QSX)
frequencies as part of their spot. DId we do something wrong?

The TILDE ~ was shown in the BANDMAP all OK. There was no way to know if a DX
cluster spot was SPLIT or not unless you clicked on it (then the radio would go
SPLIT and load everything correctly).

Can you ADD the TILDE ~ to the DX cluster spot in the ALT-A box when the spot
contains a QSX frequency?
