ahh, that comes close.

We observed it on three laptops, each with a real com port,
(two times com port on the laptop, one time com port on the
docking station).

And Torsten, DG7RO, told, that we had to set "Handshake" on both
lines to work.

I'm not sure if the effect could be observed when using
my W5XD-Keyer in between.
