[WT-support] slow TS-850 CAT

Hi,

in WAG (WT-3.4.5) and CQWW (WT-3.5.0) we discovered the following:

The CAT control to the TS-850 was quite slow, but only in some
circumstances (yes I know, Kenwood does only 4800Bd, but this
can be done faster - writelog does it, and I believe, win-test V2
did it. Maybe it is a wrong setup - so I'll ask if someone has
observed the same behaviour.

Setup:
Interfaces: COM1 -> Radio1, Kenwood HF, 4800 8N1, DRT and RTS Handshake.
(Maybe that is the problem, as Kenwood HF default says:
both lines ALWAYS OFF - as I discovered TODAY).

Observation:
turning over the band with the dial knob. After some kc the qrg display
on win-test starts to change more slowly.
If you turn quite fast over the band (e.g. from 21150 to 21450) in
some seconds, and then click on a cluster spot in win-test, the
radio shows no reaction. Well, at least not now. After some seconds
(up to 10 seconds...) then it switches frequency to the cluster spot
frequency.

Any one observed the same, or is this a "change operator error"
(see setup above). Maybe I can check that these days when my station
(still well packed in the rear trunk of my car) is set up again.
