AW: [WT-support] DXTelnet and Win-test

Hi,

I have DXTelnet with WT working.
One solution is:
-configure in DXTelnet a COM-Port 'for DX-Spots' (I have forgotten what the proper name was)
-connect this COM-Port via null modem cable (zero modem cable) to another COM-Port on a PC where WT is runing (might be the same PC)
-configure this COM-Port in WT for "Packet Radio TNC"
-be aware that you choose same speed / parameters on both ports

That's it. Not such a "nice" solution, but at least it is working.

Hi,

We have no specific informations regarding DXTelnet. If this software is
able to create a virtual COM port (TBH I never seen how DXTelnet works),
you can then configure WT to connect to that COM port as a normal "TNC".

On the other way, I think that DXTelnet can share informations with CT
through the ethernet network. If IK4VYX wants to implement the same for
WT, we can give all the necessary protocol informations to him.
