There is probably a misconfiguration around... Please take a look at 
http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/DX_Cluster/Telnet and follow step by step 
the instructions. That should be enough to get WT and wtDxTelnet 
communicating together.

The attached devel version is intented to fix the problem with FT-900.

Just unzip it in the working directory of Win-Test.
