[WT-support] Time stamp in wtDxTelnet window

This is really supposed to be the GMT timestamp when the spot was 
received by the first DX cluster.

On F5MZN-3 I'm usually connected to, I only notice few mins of delay at 
most, during major contests, because of the heavy load and the 
propagation delay between nodes.
